Zibibbo Terre di Sicilia "DINDARELLO" DOC Assuli
The Kaspar IGT Terre Siciliane is a red Sicilian wine, produced by the Assuli company located in the Trapani countryside in Mazzara del Vallo. This wine grapes is 100% Nero d'Avola picked at the middle of September. The maturation of the peel takes 8-15 days, follows 10-12 months in French oak half toasted barrels.
Characteristics of the Nero d'Avola IGT wine
Esthetically appears deep ruby red coloured with purple reflections. The scent is intense with some red ripe fruit, violet, rue and lead flavors. The taste is equilibrated with tannin touch.
