Wine description
This wine is made by Müller Thurgau grapes with the Alto Adige DOC certification and it is produced by the Trentino winery. The cultivation soil is marl, light and warm. The grapes are softly pressed, the must is freed by the sediments and it ferments at 16°C.
Characteristics of the white wine Muller Thurgau DOC
It has a straw yellow color with a good intensity and brightness. The smell is warm and mature with an aromatic hint quite thick and persistent. The taste is important, structured with moscato aromas well balanced with the acid aroma.
Suggested pairings with this Muller Thurgau
This wine symbol of the Trentino Alto Adige is delicate and perfect as appetizer or with starters. It is perfect with lake fishes and with grilled or boiled vegetables. It must be served at 12°C in a high and wide wine glass.
