Muller Thurgau LIVON
Muller Thurgau di Livon was born in the vineyards of the Collio DOC, more precisely in San Giovanni al Natisone, Friuli-Venezia Giulia. Muller Thurgau vines are grown on alluvial soils, thanks to which this white wine from Friuli is obtained. The harvest is strictly done by hand in boxes with a consequent cold maceration and a final cleaning of the must by means of decanting. The obtained product is then fermented in steel tanks where it remains for another 5 months at a constant temperature for maturation. It is then bottled and aged in bottle.
