Wine description
From a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay comes this Pas Dosé Classic Method Sparkling Wine: the grapes come from the vineyards of Pinot Noir of Castione Andevenno and those of Chardonnay of Postalesio, at Sondrio. The name Gus takes up both the idea of spire, summit and that of taste, quality.
Characteristics of this Sparkling wine
It has a transparent color but with iridescent reflections and a dynamic perlage. The olfactory texture is reminiscent of citrus and sweet notes of white fruit pulp. The palate is mineral but with a light finish.
Recommended pairings with this Valtellina sparkling wine
Try it with fish appetizers, as well as cold cuts and cold cuts or with fresh cheeses.
