Moscato Rosa "ROSATUM" COLTERENZIO
This refined label is the result of the skilful vinification of Moscato Rosa grapes from espalier farming with a density of about 5,000 plants per hectare. The origin is the classic one of South Tyrol. The selected vineyards are situated at an altitude of about 450 meters above sea level. The soils are sandy - gravelly, of medium structure morainic origin. Cool microclimate with strong daily temperature variations. The vinification of these grapes takes place in two separate moments: one part is harvested as late as possible (late harvest), left to macerate on the skins and vinified in steel. The other part after being harvested, is placed in small boxes and left to dry in ventilated rooms until the apropriate sugar level is reached. After the respective fermentations, the two parts are assembled and left to refine in steel tanks for a couple of months (before bottling).
