It has the DOC certification and it is made by a blend of 60% Sangiovese grapes, 15% of Sagrantino and Merlot and 10% of Cabernet Sauvignon. There is an aging period in oak barrels and then a bottle aging. The cultivation soils are pebbly and they are exposed at south-west and are located at 360-400 meters above the sea level. The Le grazie wine is perfect with local courses such as the first courses with meat, vegetables creams such as aubergine, zucchini and savoy cabbage. It is also good with braised or in humid meat. It has to be served at 18°C in a Ballon wine glass to guarantee the oxygenation and the scent to the nose.
