The dry version of “Malvasia delle Lipari”. It takes with him a lot of features of the island: the richness, its perfumes, the minerality. A Mediterranean wine that expresses its sweetness in the aromaticity of its grapes. It has the ancient name of Didyme. This wine is produced with 100% Malvasia, cultivated in the area of Capofaro, Eolie islands. The aging is managed in steel for 4 months on natural yeasts.
