The prestigious Ferrari Winery of Trentino region, expands the Perlé line with this fantastic Trento DOC Bianco riserva. The production of this fantastic product involves the use of grapes, grown in the company by the Lunelli family. All the vines are raised on the slopes of the mountains in the most suitable areas of Trentino, at 400-700 meters, they are all optimally exposed towards south - east and south - west. The variety of grapes used is the result of a careful selection of only Chardonnay grapes harvested with manual harvesting in the thousandth. Maturation is the strong point of this exceptional product. It takes place over 8 years on selected yeasts in its own crops. Perlé Bianco Riserva comes from the careful selection of lots of Chardonnay, coming from its own vineyards, which the winemakers of the house consider most suited to long aging. Characteristic of Perlé Bianco Riserva wine
At an organoleptic level, it has a pale and light straw yellow color, the perlage is persistent, it dances between the golden reflections in a lively manner.
