Langhe Nebbiolo DOC year 2010, by Clavesana, is an Italian wine from Piedmont.
Grapes used to produce this wine come from DOC vineyards of the Langa Albese region.
Grapes are harvested between September and October. After the first fermentation, which occurs in stainless steel vessels at a temperature between 29 and 31°C, wine is aged in barriques for a year.
Characteristics of Langhe Nebbiolo
Nebbiolo d’Alba DOC conveys a range of scents from raspberry to cinnamon notes.
Its 14% strength make it warm and balanced with a final boisé hint and a soft almond note.
It should be served in a wide glass at a temperature of 18-20°C.
It can be paired with fish and white meat.
