Lambrusco Spumante "BRUNO" Ceci
The Spumante Lambrusco "Bruno" Ceci originates from Lambrusco grapes that are brought immediately in the rooms used for the vinification, where they are destemmed selecting only the best berries. Following the pressing phase, the must ferments in an autoclave, following the production principles of the Martinotti Method. Sparkling wine is autoclaved until bottling.
Lambrusco Spumante "BRUNO"'s features
Bright purple red with rich perlage and hints of small red fruits, raspberries, marasca cherry, wild strawberry and violet. A wine of pleasing freshness and fragrance, balanced, lively and dry.
Suggested pairings tasting this product of Ceci winery
Perfect with traditional Emilian dishes or as an aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 12ºC in the glass not very wide.
