The label “Lunare” of the Terlano winery, renowned production company of the Alto Adige represents the wine made with 100% Gewürztraminer grapes which expresses elegance and perfume complexity. It has a strong structure which is mixed with an harmony and a joy for those who drink it. There is a manual picking of the grapes and it follows the delicate pressing of the bunches and racking off caused by natural sedimentation. Then it takes place the slow fermentation under temperature control and the final refinement which lasts 9 months on fine yeasts. The 50% takes place in big wood tuns and the other 50% in stainless steel tanks. The assembling process takes place three months before the bottling. The production area is in the north of Terlano on soils with slopes from 5% to 35% located at 250-500 meters above the sea level at South, South-west.

The scent of this sensational aromatic Gewürztraminer has a refined structure with exotic tropical aromas of grapefruit, lime, litchi and orange enriched by candied rose petals and ginger. The taste of the “Lunare” wine of the Terlano Winery spreads fruity aromas, and it is dry thanks to the classic vinification, it is complex but also salty and soft. It is really charming and complex.

The vino "Lunare" of the Terlano Winery is interesting matched with Asian courses with grilled scorpion fish or the swordfish, or with pigeon supreme roasted in rose, pumpkin gnocchi with nuts and truffle from Alba with balsamic vinegar or rise with milk and cinnamon. It is perfect also with blue cheeses or with delicate gorgonzola. The Lunare from Terlano has to be served in a wide and round wine glass such as the Borgona at 12°-14°C.
