This refined Spumante Franciacorta DOCG from Barone Pizzini is vinified with Chardonnay grapes for 78%, to which is added in different percentages Pinot nero for 18%, and Pinot bianco for 4%. The origin of the grapes falls within Franciacorta and therefore boasts the maximum denomination that controls and guarantees the origin. The vineyards of origin are in total 25, and fall within Provaglio d’Iseo, Passirano, Corte Franca, Adro. The vinification involves a passage of 6 months in thermo-controlled stainless steel tanks. The refinement of the wine develops on the lees for 70 months and gives an exceptional product.
