Bellavista’s Franciacorta Cuvèe Alma Rosè Dosage Zero is produced with 65% Chardonnay grapes and the remaining Pinot Noir. The harvest, strictly manual, is done in August; aging on the lees for 18 months before being disgorged.
Characteristics of this Franciacorta Rosè
The wine has a pale bright pink color; the nose is characterized by hints of red fruits that meet floral textures. In the mouth it is fresh, creamy and has a nice persitenza.
Recommended pairings tasting this Franciacorta from Bellavista Winery
Excellent as an aperitif; to try with raw fish and sushi and sashimi. To be served at a temperature of 6-10ºC in a tapered glass.
