The production and cultivation of the grapes is located in a big area in the Adige, Cambra and in the Lakes Valleys in the middle of Trentino. This area is at 300 up to 700 meters above the sea level.
This wine is made by Chardonnay grapes picked in September. The maturation lasts 36 months and the wine lays on yeasts in the cultivation.
Characteristics of the Sparkling Ferrari Maximum Brut wine
The Maximum Brut wine achieved the 12,5% of proof and it has an intense straw yellow color. The nose sensations are wide and remarkable with ripen fruits, bread crust, and hazelnut aromas together with a wide floral bouquet.
The taste is soft, elegant and harmonic. It has personality with intense fruity aromas typical of the Chardonnay with some yeast hint. The perlage is fine and persistent with a low vigor.

It is a meal wine, and the Maximum Brut is perfect both with vegetables and with meat or fish.
It has to be served at 10°-12°C in a high and tapered wine glass.
