"Cuordilava" by Donnafugata is an Etna Rosso DOC made from Nerello Mascalese. It is harvested at the end of September, with fermentation in steel with meceration on the skins at controlled temperature. Aging in oak barrels for over 14 months and at least 30 months of aging in bottle before release on the market.

Ruby red color with golden reflections. The nose hints of red fruits and spicy notes. An elegant, persistent and mineral wine.
Serving suggestions tasting this red wine
Excellent with red meats, porcini mushrooms and legumes. Serve at a temperature of 18ºC in a large glass.
