This prestigious cuvée rosé born by an elegant and harmonic blend of grapes from Trentino and Treviso in Veneto and it has a thin and persistent perlage. The typology is the Spumante Extra Dry. The Mionetto Sergio Cuvée rosé Spumante Extra Dry is made with the rosè method obtained by the soft pressing of red grapes that macerate for few hours. This wine can resist for one year after the bottling.

It has a bright pink color with light purple reflections and a rich and persistent foam. The smell is fresh, with pink grapefruit, black currant and rose aromas. The taste is acid, balanced with strawberry aromas and a thin and persistent perlage.
