Chardonnay Fattoria Savini Giuseppe
The vinification is preceded by a short maceration for a few hours to allow the extraction of pigments and odorous substances found in the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature for 12 days. Elevage on fine-grained lees for 6 months. Ageing in the bottle for a further 3 months.
Characteristics of Chardonnay
The color is straw yellow.
The aroma is fragrant and fruity with hints of banana and apple pippin.
To the palate is very fine and delicate with a slight acidity.
Serve in goblets of medium size and temperature of 10-12°C.
It is an excellent aperitif and perfect with appetizers, vegetable soups, risotto, fish and eggs.
