The white wine Chardonnay delle Venezie of the Allegrini winery is a prestigious and refined wine produced in Veneto by following the modern technics of the French Chardonnay, present since years in Veneto, in the Valpolicella classica with successful and well-known international results. The making process concerns the classical white wines process in stainless steel. The following maturation always takes place in stainless steel tanks for at least 6 months.

 

Characteristics of this Chardonnay

It has a straw yellow color with a bright touch with some little gold reflections. By a careful observation there are visible some green and gold reflections which confers elegance to the wine. It has some lily and freesia aromas with some pineapple and passion fruits flavors all enriched by an hint of musk and  pine needle in its aftertaste. The taste is round and penetrating with a compromise between power and elegance where the mineral taste is the connection with the floral aromas.

 

Suggested matches with this white wine

This wine is ideal for every-day life. It is suggested the match during summer courses with friends. Its sapid taste and softness makes it perfect to be joined to lightly fume or vapored fish, with sea food and baked main courses.  It has to be served in tulip wine glasses and it doesn’t need any settling time. The service temperature has to be 9°-11°C to appreciate all the aromas.
