Chardonnay BIO CAPEZZANA
A white wine that is able to express at the same time all its opposite features. Vinified and aged for a few months in steel containers, this “Toscana Chardonnay IGT” produced by Capezzana is perfect for happy hours with friends, but it can be suggested even for light meals. 100% Chardonnay, cultivated in the area of Carmignano and Prato. The harvest is planned in the second week of September. The fermentation process is managed in steel.
Features of “Chardonnay BIO”
Straw yellow colour surrounded by a floral and fruity profile that recalls pineapple, grapefruit and acacia. Its taste is fresh, with sensations of citrus fruits. A light minerality comes out, underlining a clean and persistent final.
Recommended food pairings while tasting this Chardonnay produced by Capezzana
Excellent with appetizers, fish or soups. It has to be served at 14°C in a high, wide wine glass that allows the concentration of the perfumes. The alcoholic strength is 13% Vol.
