The Denomination of the Champagne Cristal Rosé of the Maison Louis Roederer is the Champagne AOC. It is made with 55% Pinot Noir, 45% di Chardonnay, whom 12% made with wines vinified in wood in French oak barrels and without the malolactic fermentation.
