The production of the Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Cartizze Dry takes place in autoclaves for the re-fermentation for at least 18-20 days with the help of selected yeasts at 14°-16°C. The soils are located at 200-500 meters above the sea level and they are characterized by moraine origins with some presence of clay. The vines are cultivated with the Sylvoz – Cappuccina method with a density of 3000-4000 trees per hectare. The grape harvest takes place in September.

The Prosecco Superiore Valdobbiadene Cartizze DOCG Dry has a straw yellow color with light golden reflection and thin bubbles. The smell is intense, clean, thin with acacia honey aromas together with citron ones. The taste is balanced; full, sapid with an elegant ripen fruits ending.

It is perfect at the end of the meal. It is very good also together with bakery. It has to be served at 6°C in a high and tapered wine glass like the tulip one.
