The Astoria winery produces this sensational sparkling wine from refined 100% Glera grapes. The origin comes from vineyards located in the renowned hilly area of Cartizze, in the province of Treviso. The harvest of the prized grapes of Glera alone, provides that these are harvested and selected only by hand in September and October. The vinification process after the classic white vinification processes, the spumantizzazione takes place according to Charmat Method, through refermentation in autoclave of 20 - 30 days, with aging of 4 - 6 weeks on its lees, before being commercialized.

The organoleptic examination of the wine shows a pale straw yellow color, and a thin and continuous perlage. The nose opens with an intense and delicate bouquet, with characteristic hints of toasted bread. The taste on the palate is full and harmonious, with pleasant fruity hints.
