Cabernet Sauvignon is an organic red wine produced on the Hills of Piacenza (Colli Piacentini). Grapes are 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Merlot, cultivated following the organic method. Bunches are picked by hand when they rich the right pint of maturation. After 8/10 days of maceration, wine is moved in stainless steel tanks, where rest until malolactic fermentation is complete, then it will age for 2/3 months in small oak barrels. This wine is released on the market after 6 months of bottle refinement.
Characteristics of the Cabernet Sauvignon "Il Balòss"
It presents a deep ruby red colour. Well-marked bouquet with a soft vanilla fragrance. Full-bodied, warm and round on the mouth.

It should be served in a medium broad stem glass at a temperature of 17°-18°C.
