The Brunello di Montalcino Pianrosso from the Tuscan winery Ciacci Piccolomini d'Aragona comes from 100% Sangiovese grapes grown in the company vineyards of Val d'Orcia, between 240 and 360 meters above sea level. After the manual harvest in September which requires a careful selection of the best grapes, the bunches are placed in stainless steel and cement tanks at a controlled temperature; This will be followed by the aging phase in Slavonian oak barrels for a duration of 3 years and a final phase of aging in the bottle for 8 months.

On the organoleptic examination this Tuscan wine shows a ruby red color tending to garnet; the olfactory notes refer to red berried fruits with light spicy nuances. On the palate it is endowed with a remarkable persistence and marked tannins.

Try it with game dishes, or in general with roasted or stewed meat; perfect with aged cheeses too. Serve at a temperature of 18°C in a ballon shaped glass.
