Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle Rayon is a white wine produced in Val D'Aosta by the Cave Mont Blanc winery located between Morgex and La Salle. The vineyards reach 1200 meters above sea level on the slopes of Mont Blanc, they are the highest in Europe. The grape used in the production of this wine is 100% Prié Blanc de Morgex. The refinement takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature and partly carries out the malolactic fermentation.

A pale straw yellow colour. The scent is elegant with notes of mountain flowers and sensations of pear combined with hints of wisteria. On the palate it opens with a slight effervescence with clear notes of pear, mango, apricot and almond.

It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 8-10°C. Try it with fondue, risotto with renette apples, excellent with fresh cheeses, red tuna.
