This wine is a blend of two local vine varieties of Friuli: 60% Tai, rare and traditional variety of the hills and 40% Sauvignon, international grape that finds in the region its ideal conditions. The vineyard is located on the hills of DOC Breganze, in the north of Vicenza, were the river Astico flows. The lands are mainly characterized by volcanic soils and plains full of gravel. The wine making is started by cold maceration, followed by soft pressing. The aging is managed in steel for some months and concludes the process.
