Descrizione vino

The Barolo Le Gramolere DOCG is the red wine most famous of the piedmont tradition. It is produced by the company Giovanni Manzone which is located in Monforte D’Alba in the Langhe. The great territory, the good altitude and the slope of the vineyards contributes to the production of the greatest quality wines. The grapes are 100% Nebbiolo coming from the cru of Gramolere, and they are picked at the first ten days of October. The wine making on peels is for about 15 days, follows 24 months of refinement in barrels of 25 HL and it is bottle 36 months after the grape harvest.

The characteristics of this red wine

Esthetically it has an intense ruby red color. The scent is intense aromatic with some cherry and raspberry aromas with a pleasantly spicy aftertaste. The taste is pleasant and warm soft with a great persistence.
