Bardolino "Le Nogare" Doc Bertani
This wine tells the history of the marl hills of the Bardolino area and the local grapes such as the Corvina, the Rondinella and the Molinara all mixed together to give freshness, fragrances and sapid taste to the color and to the smell.
The blend is made by Corvina Veronese 70%, Rondinella 25%, Molinara 5%. The vineyards are cultivated with the Verona trellised and the Guyot method with a density of 3000 trees per hectare. The cultivation soil was a glacier and so it is made by a sandy-pebbly consistence rich of minerals.
The wine making process starts in wide and short steel tanks perfect to put in contact the peels with the must at 18-20°C. The maturation occurs in cement tanks covered by glass tiles for about 4 months. The bottle aging lasts 2 months.
