Barbera IGP Tenuta Riccardi
The red Barbera sparkling IGT of the winery Riccardi, located in Casino Soriasco, S. Maria della Versa, in the Oltrepò Pavese area, comes from 85% Barbera and 15% Croatina DOC grapes, grown in vineryard Pizzocorvo. The vinification is preceded by a maceration of 5-6 days to allow the extraction of pigments and odorous substances found in the skins. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 25°C, with a second fermentation in autoclave. Refinement in the tank for 3 months.
Characteristics of Barbera wine
The color is ruby red. The aroma is fruity, delicate and lively to the palate.

Serve in goblets of medium size and temperature of 16-18 ° C. It is a perfect companion to boiled meats and traditional dishes.
