Amarone Riserva "Ca’ Florian" TOMMASI
This wine from Veneto comes from the Ca' Florian estate owned by the Tommasi Winery in the San Peitro in Cariano hamlet. It is made of Corvina Veronese 75%, Corvinone 15% and Rondinella 10% grapes. There is a manual picking and selection of the grapes and then they have to wither in a wide and windy drying room. The fermentation takes place in wooden barrels for 30 days. The refinement lasts 4 years: in 500 litres barrels for the first year and the remaining three in Slavonia oak barrels. This wine rests for one year before being commercialized.
