There is a manual picking and selection of the grapes and then they have to wither in a wide and windy drying room. The fermentation takes place in wooden barrels for 30 days. The refinement lasts 4 years: in 500 litres barrels for the first year and the remaining three in Slavonia oak barrels. This wine rests for one year before being commercialized.
