Amarone della Valpolicella Riserva DOCG Musella
From the Blend vinification of 70% Corvina and Corvinone grapes, 20% Rondinella, 10% Oseleta. The origin of the vineyard falls in the Valpolicella area, in Veneto. For the vinification the bunches chosen are collected in boxes and then placed in a special ventilated room to be dried according to the famous drying process. The grapes lose at least 35% of their original weight thus concentrating sugars, aromatic components and noble tannins. Soft pressing takes place in January and fermentation starts at a low temperature (13 ° - 17 °); the long maceration allows the maximum extraction of the fruit. The wine remains for 24 months in French oak tonneau and in larger barrels (700, 1500 and 3500 liters); after bottling, it remains to refine at least one year before being delivered.
A dark and intense ruby colour. The perfume is organized around fruity notes, especially aromas of cherry, dried plum, black currant and fig; then more spicy hints of tobacco and licorice take over. The taste on the palate has a full and round body, with fine and very well structured tannins, which contributes to the great longevity of this wine.

Perfect with meat dishes, in particular with stews, braised meats and aged cheeses. The optimal serving temperature is 18 ° C. The added alcohol content is 16% Vol.
